Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating a Yard Drive account, you and your organization agree to these terms. If you are signing up on behalf of a shelter or rescue, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization to these terms.

2. Use of Service

Yard Drive is a tool for animal kennel management and behavior tracking. You agree not to use the service for any illegal activities or to attempt to reverse-engineer our software.

3. Data Ownership

• Your Data: You (the Shelter) own all dog records, notes, and media uploaded to your account. You grant Yard Drive a limited license to host and display this data for the purpose of providing the service to you.
• Our IP: Yard Drive owns the software code, the "Kennel Map" interface, and our branding/logos.

4. Fees and Payments

Payments are handled via Stripe. Subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. If you fail to pay, we reserve the right to suspend your access to the service after a reasonable grace period.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

Yard Drive is provided "as is." While we work hard to iron out bugs, we do not guarantee the app will be 100% error-free or always available. You use this software at your own risk.

6. Limitation of Liability

Yard Drive is a tracking tool, not a substitute for professional animal handling judgment. Yard Drive is not liable for any incidents involving animals, staff, or volunteers that occur at your facility. In no event shall Yard Drive's liability exceed the amount you have paid us in the last 12 months.

7. Termination

You can delete your account at any time. We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these terms.
