On Free, archiving a dog deletes its record after 7 days

Seven days after you archive a dog on the Free plan, that dog is permanently deleted, and so are its notes, photos and assessments. This cannot be undone. On Pro, archived dogs are kept forever and never purged.

Questions

Is the free plan really free forever?
Yes. Free is a permanent plan, not a trial. There is no credit card to start and nothing expires.
Do you charge per user?
No. Both plans include unlimited dogs, staff, and volunteers. There is no per-seat pricing on either plan.
What happens if I hit 2 GB?
New uploads are blocked until space is freed or you upgrade to Pro. There is an optional setting in the app that automatically deletes your oldest media to make room.
Can I cancel?
Yes, any time, from the Stripe billing portal under Settings, Billing in the app.
What happens to my data if I downgrade?
Everything stays. Video uploads stop, and the Free plan's 7 day archive window applies again.
How do I get Pro?
Sign up free first. At the end of setup you choose Free or Pro, and choosing Pro takes you straight to Stripe checkout. You can also upgrade later in one click under Settings, Billing.
Is there an annual plan?
Not today. Pro is $20 a month, billed monthly.
